🧾 1. Returns & Refund Policy

Effective: 20/10/2025
Drop For Me is a subscription-based parcel collection and dispatch service. As this is a service (not a physical product), there are no item returns.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your plan anytime via your account or by emailing info@dropforme.co.uk
.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if:

You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).
The service was unavailable for 72 hours or more due to a Drop For Me fault.

Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

Promotional plans:
If you joined under Buy 3 months → Get 3 Free, early cancellation voids any free period.

🔧 2. Thermal Printer & Label Dispatch Terms

Customers on eligible paid plans (Collect 25 or Unlimited) will receive:

One free thermal printer after completing one full paid month of service.
Free label printing paper delivered once per month as part of the plan.
Printers are sent to the account’s registered address within 14 days after your first full billing cycle is successfully completed.
If you cancel before completing one full month, this bonus is forfeited.

💳 3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
Drop For Me never stores your full card details. Stripe tokenises payment info for recurring billing.

If a payment fails or your card expires, Stripe may automatically retry.
Unpaid subscriptions may pause until payment succeeds.

first — most issues are solved within 3 business days.

Drop For Me is not liable for courier delays or damages once items leave our possession.
You won’t use the service to send prohibited or illegal goods.
Plans are intended for personal or small business use. Excessive volume or abuse may lead to temporary suspension or plan adjustment.

Service suspension & termination:
We may suspend access if payments fail, the service is misused, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Liability:
We’ll always operate with reasonable care, but Drop For Me is not liable for indirect loss or consequential damages.

🚚 7. Service Level Commitment

Drop For Me operates within set collection windows:

Unlimited Plan: Same-day or next-day collection (subject to availability).
Collect 25: Book within 24 hours.
Pay As You Go: Book within 48 hours.

We aim to maintain 98% on-time collection success.
Delays caused by weather, courier availability, or third-party logistics are outside our control but we always strive to resolve issues quickly.
