By using the Drop For Me doorstep parcel collection service you agree to these terms, policies and conditions. These policies help protect customers, ensure safe handling and keep the service running smoothly.

🧾 1. Subscription, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Drop For Me provides a monthly subscription parcel collection service for customers across the UK. Plans include either 25 parcels per month or Unlimited usage (with fair usageβ€”see Section 7).

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancels at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds for unused days or unused parcel allowances.

1.2 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).
  • The service was unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to a Drop For Me fault.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days.

1.3 Promotional Plans

Buy-3-Months-Get-3-Free:

  • Early cancellation forfeits free months.
  • No refunds apply to prepaid bundles.

πŸ”§ 2. Free Thermal Printer & Label Supply Terms

Eligible plans (Collect 25 & Unlimited) include:

  • One free thermal printer after completing 1 full paid month.
  • One free label roll per active month.
  • Printers shipped within 14 days after the first billing cycle.

Cancelling before completing the first month voids the offer. Abuse (multiple accounts / false info) may lead to suspension.

πŸ’³ 3. Payments & Billing (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Drop For Me does not store full card details.

3.1 Automatic Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  • Failed payments may be retried by Stripe.
  • Your plan may pause until payment succeeds.

3.2 Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@dropforme.co.uk before raising a dispute.

πŸ“¦ 4. Parcel Collection, Packaging, Labels & Liability

4.1 Responsibilities When Booking

By booking, you confirm:

  • The correct DFM reference is written clearly on every parcel.
  • Parcels are securely packaged.
  • You have uploaded the correct QR codes/labels.
  • No prohibited or dangerous items are included.
  • Collection details provided are accurate.
  • You or someone authorised will be available.

4.2 Failed Collections

  • No one available β†’ may count as used / may incur a fee.
  • Parcels not ready β†’ may count as used.
  • Incorrect labelling β†’ collection may be refused.

4.3 Liability

Drop For Me is responsible only while parcels are in our possession. Once handed to the courier, responsibility transfers.

We are not liable for: courier delays, courier damage, loss after handover, or indirect/consequential losses.

🚫 5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You must not send:

  • Weapons, explosives, ammunition
  • Hazardous, toxic or flammable goods
  • Illegal items or controlled substances
  • Items banned by UK couriers

βš™οΈ 6. Booking Cancellation Rules

Cancellations allowed up to:

  • Unlimited: 2 hours before
  • Collect 25: 4 hours before
  • PAYG: 6 hours before

Same-day bookings cannot be cancelled.

β™Ύ 7. Fair Usage Policy (Unlimited Plans)

Unlimited plans allow normal personal or small-business parcel usage.

We may review accounts showing:

  • Abnormal or industrial volumes
  • Automated or bulk shipping loads
  • Activity impacting service for others

We may apply limits or move accounts to custom plans.
