Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you create an account, book a collection, use label printing or choose a Drop For Me plan.
Service
Drop For Me provides doorstep parcel collection and returns support, including collection booking, parcel reference handling, optional label printing and courier handoff.
Customer eligibility
You must be over 18 and authorised to book collections from the address supplied. The launch area is the BH postcode area, including Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.
Plans and pricing
Available plans include Pay As You Go, Collect 25, Collect 25 3+1, Collect 120 and Collect 120 3+1. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page.
Bookings
Each booking uses one collection slot. Slots are limited and depend on availability. You are responsible for entering accurate collection details and parcel information.
Customer responsibilities
You must package parcels securely, provide accurate collection details, upload the correct QR label where label printing is requested, mark each parcel with the correct reference where required and avoid prohibited items.
Courier handoff
Drop For Me is responsible only while parcels are in its possession. Once handed to the courier, tracking, delivery, insurance, delay, loss and damage handling are subject to the relevant courier terms.
Fair usage
Collect 120 plans include up to 120 parcels per billing cycle and are intended for normal personal, seller or small business parcel use. Abnormal, excessive, automated or industrial-scale usage may be reviewed and may require custom terms.
