Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, monthly plans and promotional bundles are handled for Drop For Me customers.
Booking cancellation
You can cancel a collection more than 4 hours before the booked collection time. When a cancellation is accepted, the collection slot is released.
Inside the 4-hour window
Collections cannot be cancelled inside the 4-hour window before pickup. No refund or allowance restoration is available once a booking is inside that window.
Paid booking refunds
If an eligible paid booking is cancelled before the 4-hour cutoff, Drop For Me will process the applicable refund where payment has already been taken.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused days and unused parcel allowances are not refunded.
Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days. Refunds may be considered where a customer was charged in error, charged twice, or the service was unavailable for 72 or more consecutive hours due to a Drop For Me fault.
Promotional bundles
Prepaid promotional bundles are not refundable once started. Early cancellation of a prepaid bundle means any included free period or promotional benefit is forfeited.
