These terms apply when you create an account, book a collection, use label printing or choose a Drop For Me plan.
Service
Drop For Me provides doorstep parcel collection and returns support, including collection booking, parcel reference handling, optional label printing and courier handoff.
Customer eligibility
You must be over 18 and authorised to book from the collection address. Only the approved North Cotswolds postcode sectors are currently eligible: GL55 6, GL56 9, GL56 0, GL54 1, GL54 2, GL54 3, GL7 1 and GL7 2.
Plans and pricing
Available plans include Pay As You Go, Collect 25, Collect 25 3+1, Collect 120 and Collect 120 3+1. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page.
Bookings
Collection availability depends on your plan and remaining capacity. Pay As You Go: minimum 48 hours notice. Collect 25: minimum 24 hours notice. Collect 120: minimum 4 hours notice, with same-day collection available where qualifying slots remain. Customer edits and cancellations close four hours before the collection window starts.
Customer responsibilities
You must package parcels securely, provide accurate collection details, upload the correct QR label where label printing is requested, mark each parcel with the correct reference where required and avoid prohibited items.
Courier handoff
You are responsible for your parcel before collection. Drop For Me assumes custody once the parcel is physically collected and retains custody until successful handoff to the appropriate carrier. After confirmed handoff, the underlying carrier process applies. Check the specific carrier service terms for any compensation or cover; no universal compensation amount is promised.
Fair usage
Subscription plans are designed for consolidated parcel collections. Where repeated single-parcel collection requests create unusually high collection frequency, Drop For Me may combine or reschedule eligible collections within the service level of your plan. Plan parcel allowances remain unchanged.
Launch offers
Launch offer: Free thermal printer on eligible 3+1 plans for the first 100 customers.
Attended and unattended collection
Choose attended collection with an authorised person available for the one-hour slot, or explicitly opt in to unattended collection. Unattended windows are AM 06:00-14:00 and PM 14:00-22:00. Provide safe-place instructions, confirm access and acknowledge that the parcel remains at your chosen location until physically collected. Minimum notice and the four-hour edit/cancellation cutoff apply to the start of your chosen window.
Drop For Me accepts parcels up to 15kg each. Your parcel must also comply with the size, weight and contents rules of the courier/service shown on your label or QR code. Size presets do not override carrier-specific dimensions.
