Do you collect parcels from home?
Yes. Book a collection from your home or work address and have parcels picked up from the doorstep.
Do you print labels?
Yes. If your marketplace or courier gives you a QR label, upload it during booking and choose label printing for that parcel.
Can I send returns?
Yes, as long as the return parcel is accepted by the courier network, packaged correctly and has the correct label or QR details.
How much notice do I need to book a collection?
Pay As You Go collections can usually be booked from 24 hours ahead. Collect 25 customers can book from 18 hours ahead. Collect 120 customers get the shortest lead times, from 5 hours ahead when route space is available.
Why do different plans have different lead times?
Lead times help us plan local collection routes properly. Regular plan customers give us more predictable demand, so we can offer shorter booking windows.
Can I book same-day?
Collect 120 customers may see same-day options when route space is available. Same-day slots are not guaranteed and depend on area, timing and capacity.
Can I cancel a collection?
You can cancel more than 4 hours before your collection time. Inside the 4-hour window, cancellation, refunds and allowance restoration are not available.
Which plan should regular sellers choose?
Collect 25 is suited to regular monthly sellers. Collect 120 is better for higher-volume seller routines. Pay As You Go is best for occasional parcels and one-off returns.
