06:00-22:00 Monday-Sunday. Pay As You Go: minimum 48 hours notice. Collect 25: minimum 24 hours notice. Collect 120: minimum 4 hours notice, with same-day collection available where qualifying slots remain.
Drop For Me accepts parcels up to 15kg each. Your parcel must also comply with the size, weight and contents rules of the courier/service shown on your label or QR code. Size presets do not override carrier-specific dimensions.
Use a valid prepaid label, QR code or shipping instruction supported by the relevant courier handoff process. Some QR codes are scanned at the courier location; others require the corresponding label to be printed. Expired, unreadable or invalid codes may need customer action. Final acceptance remains subject to the carrier’s requirements.
